so I purchased the chocolate machine, it works as said, it took about a month to receive and the crate it was sent in was a little damaged due to shipping, but was protected enough inside to keep the machine safe, first off, purchased it before speaking with the seller, seller took multiple days to respond, once responded he confirmed everything with me and got the correct outlet plug in to match the US most current one,spent about 3k all together including shipping, customs still reached out to me via phone to confirm that I’m a USA citizen, so make sure you put a phone number ur able to be contacted on, fedex did drop it off in my lawn so I guess you don’t have to be there for delivery, but everything was good to go so if you have second thoughts don’t, I read other reviews, but don’t let that scare you, I give the seller a 7/10 communication could be better and better shipping container, but other then that it was perfect!
